Mobility is an important aspect within our day-to-day lives. With TU/ecomotive, we show that it is possible to make the mobility sector more sustainable by using different materials, different methods and a mindset different from the big mobility industry.

This has been our goal from TU/ecomotive was created in September 2012 and participated in the 2013 Shell Eco-Marathon.

Yet the way we achieve this goal is different each year. With every team choosing its own angle at sustainability, there have been various solutions to modern day problems within mobility.

To build these great cars TU/ecomotive has grown to a 42 member team of students, from all kinds of disciplines, all working together. This interdisciplinary learning environment gives the perfect opportunity to put our gained knowledge into practical use.

To actually build a fully functioning car there is more needed than a great team alone. Luckily there are a lot of companies that have the same vision and are willing to partner up with us to make it all happen.
